Come make an impact every day at Zebra. The Digital Content Specialist II role is a key liaison between internal Zebra asset management systems and practices and Zebra Marketing stakeholders. This person is responsible for managing marketing assets and metadata for new product launches and product lifecycle management and corporate and vertical content creation. They will assist with the strategy of digital asset management and product information management. This role will work closely with business partners as well as the technical team to assess/resolve any technical challenges while maintaining data management workflows. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented culture. Responsibilities: Performs product and asset data management activities within tight deadlines to meet project goals and objectives Ensures timely updates working with various marketing technology tools such as Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Product Information Management (PIM) web-based systems Analyzes and evaluates assets and data to present metadata and tagging cleanup opportunities Responsible for data integrity and maintaining/linking photography assets to appropriate products between DAM and PIM for use in partner platforms Proactively generates ideas, handles multiple assignments, pays close attention to detail and meets short turnarounds and deadlines for requested tasks Collaborates with business partners to ensure data management updates are completed in a timely fashion Collaborates with broader Digital Team to measure and report performance of all content and assets against goals Identifies trends and insights, and suggest optimizations Supports other key marketing efforts as needed Ingest and Organization Uploads, catalogs, and organizes all digital assets in a centralized system, known as a DAM platform. Metadata Management Tags each asset with key information (metadata) such as keywords, descriptions, dates, and copyrights to facilitate searching. Quality Control Ensures that all assets meet the company's quality and brand standards before they are made available for use. Governance and Compliance Manages access permissions and licenses to control who can view, use, or modify assets, avoiding copyright issues. System Administration Manages the DAM platform, trains users on how to use it, and ensures it functions correctly for all teams. Collaboration Facilitates teamwork by allowing different departments to collaborate and share assets efficiently and in real-time. Workflow Optimization Helps automate and streamline processes, such as the approval of new marketing materials or content distribution.
