Assist customers with questions related to the vehicle rental and pickup process, as well as closing reservations. Verify customer information and provide related assistance. Offer technical support during key pickup and troubleshoot issues in the self-service section. Collaborate with SIXT branches located in different countries. Make calls to promote additional sales and improvements. YOUR SKILLS MATTER Customer Orientation: You have an excellent ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, ensuring their satisfaction with every interaction. Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English; additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus.
