Description

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Co-ordinator to join our growing Marketing and Digital team. This is a perfect opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their digital career looking to gain hands-on experience across websites, applications, and content creation.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep our digital ecosystem running smoothly, from supporting third-party products and websites to crafting content across multiple platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, IT, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a digital support, marketing, or content-related role.
  • A passion for digital platforms, websites, and technology.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

KEY SKILLS

  • Basic understanding of website management (e.g., CMS platforms like WordPress).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, analytics, social media management).
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Ability to coordinate with external vendors and internal teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Support the management and maintenance of websites and digital applications, such as Vulcan’s Learning Management System.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure smooth delivery of digital services.
  • Assist with publishing and updating digital content across key platforms.
  • Support small-scale digital projects and enhancements.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting on digital activity and user engagement.
  • Help maintain consistency in brand tone, imagery, and content across digital channels.
