We’re looking for a creative, self-starting content creator who knows how to capture attention and communicate value through video and visuals. You’ll be a key part of our marketing team, responsible for creating sharp, engaging content that showcases what Hypersolid does and why it matters.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for a hands-on content creator with a sharp eye for visuals, a strong sense of narrative, and a passion for digital storytelling. You know how to craft content that grabs attention and communicates value through a short video, a behind-the-scenes clip, or a scroll-stopping visual.
You’re comfortable working independently, but you also thrive in a team setting. You enjoy collaborating with creatives, strategists, and subject-matter experts to turn ideas into reality. You’re proactive, resourceful, and always looking for new ways to tell a story.

Responsibilities

As the visual voice of Hypersolid on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, you’ll craft short-form videos and visual content that showcase our brand, people, and projects. From idea to final product, you’ll take charge and transform complex subjects into engaging, compelling stories.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Planning, filming, and editing compelling short-form videos for social and campaign use.
  • Showcasing our people, culture, and projects through interviews, office stories, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Translating technical and creative topics into clear, visual storytelling.
  • Working closely with designers, strategists, and marketers to align content with campaign and business objectives.
  • Taking and editing photos to support our content ecosystem (a strong plus).
  • Experimenting with formats and optimizing content for different platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
  • Analyzing performance and proposing data-driven improvements.
