JD Senior Salesforce Consultant with over 5+ years of specialized expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ (Apttus/Conga), and OmniStudio implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, project management, solution consulting, and Agile Scrum methodologies, with proven experience across multiple industry verticals including financial services, insurance, healthcare, and payment syst ems. Manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ solutions. Conduct discovery workshops, gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into user stories and functional specifications. Provide ongoing support post-implementation by analyzing case trends, resolving issues, and recommending process improvements. Develop KPIs and dashboards using Salesforce Einstein Analytics to provide actionable business insights. Facilitate communication between business and IT teams, ensuring clear understanding and smooth delivery of features. Lead due diligence efforts and transformation roadmaps for operational and technological improvements.
