CRM Division at abra is Hiring – Digital & Dynamics Project Manager The CRM division at abra is seeking a Digital & Dynamics Project Manager to manage end-to-end projects across digital channels (portals, websites) and Microsoft Dynamics, collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. Manage projects from planning to execution: Gantt charts, budgets, timelines. Matrix management of cross-functional teams: infrastructure, cloud, DBA, integration, SAP, and external partners. Oversee internal and external analysis processes. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders – representatives, clients, vendors. Focus on customer journey projects, with potential work across digital assets (portals, websites, AI). Ensure integration across multiple ERP and CRM systems. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in digital/project management. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics; experience with other CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) a plus. Understanding of customer journeys and ERP/CRM integrations. Assertive, able to break down tasks and ensure execution. Experience in matrix organizations. Strong teamwork, initiative, and self-learning skills. Advantages: Background in digital, innovation, AI, and cybersecurity. Experience with SAP/Salesforce integrations. Agile or DevOps experience a plus.
