Description

You will be responsible for successful client implementations, onboarding and adoption of various digital projects, including websites, mobile applications, sales/marketing process automation and advertising campaigns.
For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve small business goals, particularly focusing on customer acquisition and retention. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As a Digital Customer Success Manager, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams. Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver Appnector’s client implementation projects’ digital lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end project management on client implementations/onboarding
  • Scope project requirements and prepare budget
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams/stakeholders to design, develop and implement digital projects
  • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
  • Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
  • Develop, monitor and report on clients individualized success metrics
  • Communicate with the team, ensure all stakeholders are on board and are accountable for delegated tasks
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new methods or streamlining processes for effectiveness and efficiencies
  • Upsell, cross-sell and increase referrals by delivering a world class onboarding experience through a highly consultative and tailored approach

  1. Standard Mobile apps: 3-4 Weeks
  2. Standard Ad Campaigns: 2 Weeks
  3. Standard Marketing Automation Funnel Setup: 2 Weeks
  4. Websites: 2-3 Weeks
    a. Completion implies the project is ready for client training, post QA

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Digital Project Manager, ideally in the web/mobile app development and digital advertising space
  • Hands-on experience with project management software, such as SmartSheet, Monday, Trello, Google Sheets, Etc.
  • Familiarity with Content Management systems and/or HTML/CSS
  • Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Experience working with SMB owners to consultatively extract, understand and address business challenges
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Communication and team management skills
  • Experience and comfort taking on the challenge of an early-stage startup which requires wearing multiple hats
