We’re looking for a data-driven digital marketer to join our team!
Join us on our mission to help as many people as possible reach their full potential. As our Digital & Data Marketing Officer, you’ll support the growth of Shaw Trust’s impact, helping people into meaningful work, enabling learning opportunities, and making our services more accessible through smart, data-informed marketing.
Working as part of the Marketing and Communications team, you’ll combine creativity with technical know-how, helping us get the most from our digital channels. Whether it’s building reports to guide decision making, optimising SEO, managing Google Ad campaigns, or improving how we use Salesforce, your insight will help us better understand and engage our audiences.
You’ll be confident working with data, but just as comfortable collaborating with colleagues across teams to improve campaign performance, build dashboards, and tell the story behind the numbers. You’ll also support in the delivery of email campaigns, contribute to our website strategy, and bring your digital knowledge to help shape Shaw Trust’s marketing direction.
