Description
Overview Arrange and participate in meetings with customers and potential customers to probe business and IT requirements, uncovering outsourced, managed services, and project-based engagements. You will also create statements of work (SOWs) on both a proactive and reactive basis. Taking a 360 view of the business challenge; considering the type of analysis, visualization methods and behavioral understanding that can help a stakeholder make a specific decision by making insights useable. Customer stakeholder management and building and maintaining relationships at CEO/MD/Director/CIO/CTO levels. Identify and execute initiatives that create customer excitement and consistently differentiate Expleo as a partner by focusing on business outcomes for customers. Building and maintaining good relationship with existing customers. Ensuring that quality software development services are delivered with respect to the agreed SLAs. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention of existing customers. Responsibilities Creating & managing the estimates, project plan, project schedule, resource allocation & expenses to ensure that targets are reached, understanding process requirements, and providing use cases for the business, functional & technical requirements. Operational Excellence achieved through regular reviews/feedback meetings with key stakeholders, and project sponsors for Accomplishing scope, approval actions, mitigating risks, and ensuring appropriate controls, timelines, cost, quality & SLAs consistently & sustaining the same through continuous improvement. Ensuring project teams are delivering on commitments across scope, timeline, and quality. Identifying issues & risks in a timely manner; developing/ implementing appropriate mitigation and contingency plans. Practicing effective and proactive project monitoring and control with adherence to delivery processes, standards, and guidelines across project management areas like change control, risk/issue management, communication, tools utilization, documentation, etc. Managing budgets and adherence to financial goals and KPIs. Providing reports as per an agreed schedule (or on request), including management and account performance. Management of senior stakeholders, project managers and constructively challenging expectations, when required Ensuring employee satisfaction through engagement and assisting in their development. Collaborate with pre-sales and client services teams in account mining activities. Collaborate with internal teams in building program management assets and Thought Leadership. Responsible for forecasting and meeting the Revenue and Margin targets and should drive the continuous margin improvement programs Should be the single point of contact in case of any escalations from the customers. Mitigating and solving escalations with urgency and determination. Manage Multi-technology, Multi -functional teams. Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Continuously coach, counsel, and discipline team to be successful and growing. Develop personal growth opportunities. Conduct performance appraisals. Supporting sales and pre-sales team with Case Studies etc. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or an equivalent. Desired skills Direct experience across a broad array of modern technology stacks and IT competencies. Extensive experience in one or more of the key digital transformation technology areas like application modernisation, cloud migration, Hyperautomation, Data analytics, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Digital Twin or Smart Manufacturing Extensive experience in Effort Estimation, Budgeting, Cost Optimization, and Risk Management. Experience working with globally dispersed teams, particularly in Europe, US & APAC regions. Experience of managing high profile / value projects and programs Managed upwards of 300 + people / 10 + Managers, by keeping track of all the existing strategic and new pipeline projects. Experience managing multiple types of projects Development, Support and Maintenance. Extensive experience with Agile is mandatory. PMP/Prince2 certification is also Must have worked at Onsite for atleast 3 + years Excellent Communication skills Experience Minimum of 20+ years of experience in a position of leadership to the successful delivery of IT technology processes and projects.
