At the London Early Years Foundation (LEYF), we are proud of our education and care across our 40+ nurseries throughout London, making us the best-rated nursery group in the city. As a charitable social enterprise, our mission is to give every child the best start in life.
To support this mission, we are investing in digital transformation that strengthens how we operate, particularly around our people, systems and processes. If you are a project management professional who has shaped how projects are delivered in an organisation, ensuring consistent ways of working and defined roles and responsibilities across all programmes and projects, we would love to speak to you.
Having worked your way up through project management ranks, we are keen to find someone with experience delivering digital projects end-to-end (particularly within HR or people systems) and enjoy working across teams to deliver meaningful change.
As our Digital Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering projects that help us work smarter and support our staff, enabling us to continue providing exceptional care and education.

Responsibilities
  • Design and embed a new project management lifecycle
  • Rollout a delivery framework to ensure consistency in how we deliver projects
  • Creating training materials and coaching teams in project management best practice
  • Lead and manage the project intake process, including triaging new project requests, prioritising initiatives based on business value and resource availability, coordinating with stakeholders to align on scope, timelines and capacity, ensuring structured decision making
  • Lead a portfolio of projects delivering digital solutions that transform how we support and manage our people
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to scope, prioritise, and deliver solutions tailored to business needs
  • Oversee integration work across our digital ecosystem, testing, and rollout to ensure tools are fit for purpose across all user groups
  • Manage risks, resources, and timelines effectively to keep projects on track, within scope, and budget
  • Lead Drive clear communication through regular status updates and stakeholder engagement
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement in project delivery across the organisation
