Due to growth, we are now looking for a Digital Delivery Manager to shape the delivery of digital innovation.

DO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS?

We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience and knowledge set out below:

  • Previous experience in a digital delivery or comparable role is essential
  • Previous experience in a Change or project manager role is essential
  • Previous experience Scrum/agile development techniques or similar is essential
  • Technical Understanding: While not expected to code, a fundamental understanding of web technologies and architecture is desired.
Responsibilities

As the Digital Delivery Manager, will be the crucial link between our diverse digital teams. You’ll work closely with the UK UX/UI teams, web content teams and web development teams (in both the UK and India). Your primary goal will be to ensure the seamless delivery of digital innovation, robust governance, efficient code deployment, and effective delivery solutions, all while minimising risk to the OSB Group business and its end-users.

Your responsibilities include…

  • Work with stakeholders to deliver the vision for the website, aligning it with overall business objectives. This includes understanding market trends, competitor analysis, and user needs.
  • Develop, maintain, and prioritise the digital backlog, including detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Ensuring collaboration with the digital team and wider stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website and app usage, user engagement, conversion rates, and business impact. Use data to make informed decisions and report on product success to stakeholders.
  • Make informed, data-driven decisions regarding feature prioritisation, scope, and trade-offs, always balancing user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Champion user-centricity by actively participating in user research, usability and feedback. Support the UX/UI Lead Manager in translating user pains and needs into actionable insights with design.
