JOB DESCRIPTION

Agile and Iterative Delivery
1.
Implement and manage Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to ensure iterative and efficient delivery.
2.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
3.
Ensure that deliverables are produced on time and meet quality standards.

Project Management

Create and maintain detailed project plans, scheduled, track milestones and deliverables for product releases and updates.
6.
Coordinate the planning and lead the execution, and delivery of digital projects and solutions.
7.
Collaborate with product owners and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
8.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
9.
Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring that costs are managed effectively.

Support product owners and head of digital to develop and manage delivery pipeline of enhancements, improvement, and

new products & solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

Risk Management
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery.
Develop contingency plans and escalate issues as necessary.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Team & Resource Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, partners/ vendors, and business stakeholders, to manage and allocate resources effectively and efficiently.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Identify resource needs and manage recruitment or allocation as necessary.
