JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and innovative Digital Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and design, with proficiency in various design software and tools. This role involves creating and developing digital designs for complex systems, ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and deadlines. The Digital Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that align with our company’s vision.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in digital design tools such as Simulink, SystemVerilog, Revit, MicroStation, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and experience with firmware development.
  • Familiarity with quantum engineering principles is a plus.
  • Experience in project management and scheduling is preferred.
  • Mechanical knowledge to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work with various programming languages including Perl and Arduino for embedded systems development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on debugging and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop digital systems using FPGA, SoC, and programmable logic controllers.
  • Create schematics and layouts for PCBs using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot design issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with mechanical engineers to integrate electrical systems with mechanical components.
  • Utilize MATLAB, Python, or C++ for scripting and system design tasks.
  • Perform signal processing and debugging on various electronic systems.
  • Engage in project scheduling to ensure timely completion of design projects.
  • Apply knowledge of NEC standards in the development of electrical designs.
  • Participate in manufacturing processes, including soldering and surface mount technology assembly.
  • Implement vision inspection systems to maintain quality control throughout the production process.
