About the Company Our client is a digital-first organization centered around personal brands and early-stage ventures. They focus on building clean, modern brand identities and simple, high-quality web experiences that support content, products, and creative projects. Role Overview We’re looking for a proactive, highly creative Digital Designer who lives and breathes visual design and can take ownership of projects from concept to execution. This role is primarily focused on brand design, creative assets, and clean, minimal web design. You’ll work closely with a founder-led team, receiving high-level vision and inspiration, then translating that into polished designs with minimal hand-holding. Confidence, initiative, and creative ownership are essential. You’ll design logos, brand assets, statics, and simple websites or pages (homepages, landing pages, basic PDPs) in Figma, collaborating with developers to ensure smooth handoff and QA. While UX/UI experience is a plus, strong visual execution and brand consistency are the priority. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-to-mid level designer who wants to grow in a fast-paced, founder-led environment and take on increasing responsibility over time.
