You will join a collaborative environment where attention to detail, innovation, and creative problem-solving are highly valued. \n Accountabilities As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining digital experiences while ensuring strong visual quality and technical performance across platforms. Design websites and landing pages based on internal client requirements, ensuring optimized performance through strong Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed scores. Create and optimize digital assets such as vehicle images, website banners, marketing materials, presentations, and social media content. Prepare and adapt image files using modern web formats such as WebP and AVIF, applying proper compression and sizing techniques without compromising visual quality. Maintain website layouts by updating campaigns, content, and visual elements while preserving established performance standards. Review design team deliverables, identifying technical optimization opportunities and visual improvements. Support the development of internal products and services according to business and leadership needs. Identify and recommend improvements to design processes, workflows, digital tools, and collaboration between teams. Apply best practices for responsive design, mobile-first experiences, and web performance optimization. Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve digital solutions. Perform additional related activities as required by leadership. Requirements The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented digital designer with a strong creative portfolio, technical knowledge of web design, and the ability to balance visual excellence with performance requirements. Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, design expertise, and a consistent visual approach beyond simple tool proficiency. Exceptional attention to detail, including alignment, typography, color consistency, and overall finishing quality. Solid knowledge of web image formats such as WebP and AVIF, including optimization and compression techniques. Experience using performance analysis tools such as PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, or GTmetrix. Understanding of responsive images, lazy loading, and web optimization practices. Experience designing mobile-first and responsive digital experiences. Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Ability to combine creative freedom with technical constraints related to web performance. Curiosity and commitment to staying updated with the latest design trends and digital technologies.
