Description

B2Spin is a fast-growing team of company builders on a mission to bring joyful experiences to players across the U.S. social casino market. We’re headquartered in Gibraltar, but our team is global — we hire for talent and attitude, not location.
We’re looking for a Digital Designer to join our Retention team.
You’ll create clear, engaging, and conversion-focused visuals for digital experiences across all touchpoints - including onsite, email, in-app, and push — helping us reach millions of players every week.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves the craft of design and knows how to work fast without sacrificing quality. You’ll collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and fellow designers to bring offers and ideas to life— and, over time, contribute ideas to test and evolve what “great” looks like in our campaigns.

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital design — ideally in CRM, performance marketing, or iGaming industry.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing well-crafted marketing assets (emails, banners, promos, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator) + any generative AI tool (Adobe Firefly, Freepik, ChatGPT).
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and an ability to translate user needs into visually appealing and intuitive designs.
  • A sharp eye for layout, typography, and composition.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and agile environment, adapting quickly to evolving project requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once without losing clarity or quality.
  • Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and style.
  • Nice-to-have: familiarity with animation tools like After Effects.
Responsibilities
  • Design high-impact visuals for a variety of campaign types — from promos to new game launches — across CRM and onsite channels.
  • Deliver with clarity, speed, and polish in a high-volume environment.
  • Collaborate with content leads, strategists, and other designers to align visuals with brief goals and brand tone.
  • Continuously improve design assets in a performance-driven environment, and proactively suggest new approaches when there’s a case for testing.
  • Uphold brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Offer constructive design feedback and contribute to our shared visual library.
