Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Digital Designer to create engaging, student-centred content that supports learning and career development. You’ll work on diverse projects—from careers resources to in-class learning tools—that let your creativity and digital know-how shine. Some days you’ll work from templates, other days you’ll break the mould. It’s a creative, hands-on role in a team that values curiosity, collaboration, and purposeful design.

KEY DUTIES

  • Designing and maintaining digital assets and eLearning materials using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate 360
  • Collaborating with learning designers, educators, videographers, and other professional staff to produce high-quality, sustainable content
  • Managing projects day-to-day - balancing quality, timelines, and accessibility to keep resources engaging and up to date
  • Communicating with stakeholders and contributing to workshops, team meetings, and collaborative planning sessions
  • Maintaining systems and applying relevant policies to support smooth operations and a safe, inclusive work environment
