Description

A creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer responsible for bringing the brand to life across all digital marketing touchpoints. The role encompasses designing a wide range of digital content with technical accuracy, including webshop, social media posts, emailers, apps, OOH screens, and digital banners. The focus is on crafting compelling visuals throughout the consumer journey to drive engagement and conversion, tell impactful product stories, and support the broader objectives of digital marketing and loyalty campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Design mobile-first digital content, campaigns and templates, ensuring visual consistency, brand alignment, and high-impact including:
  • Website content for own and 3rd party platforms (e.g. homepage stories, campaign images, promotions)
  • Design and build modular high-performing email templates, newsletters/EDM’s for Loyalty members
  • Paid and organic social media visuals (static and light motion)
  • Campaign banners for online platforms (web/app/social)
  • Content for affiliate marketing
  • Digital display banners for advertising platforms
  • Content for Apps, including Loyalty program
  • Content for digital/OOH media screens
  • Contribute to brand and campaign guidelines
  • Special projects as needed
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, copywriting, e-commerce and loyalty teams to interpret briefs, align timelines and deliverables and achieve objectives
  • Translate campaign concepts into cohesive digital content across platforms. Maintain consistency across email platforms and devices
  • Support A/B or multi-variant testing efforts to help optimise performance and proactively seek data to inform design decisions
  • Set seasonal templates. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual identity standards
  • Adapt assets for different formats, screen sizes, and placements. Create engaging content incl giff, motion graphics, animations and basic video edits
  • Stay up-to-date with digital trends, social formats, and content best practices to bring fresh and innovative design ideas to our campaigns
  • Manage file organization and versioning, and prepare final assets for delivery
  • Liaise with the UX Design team, ensuring brand consistency and a seamless consumer journey across webshops, apps, and content
