Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

The Digital Designer is a key member of our Learning Design and Development
team, primarily responsible for creating engaging and effective digital assets to
support the development of our e-learning content. This role involves close
collaboration with learning designers and developers to translate educational
concepts into visually compelling and user-friendly experiences across various
platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and Production of Digital Assets: Create and produce a wide range of digital assets for web-based e-learning modules, including graphics, illustrations, and interactive elements.

  • Video Content Development: Develop and edit video assets for integration into e-learning content, which includes motion graphics and animations.

  • User Interface (UI) Design: Develop and refine user interface (UI) designs for e-learning modules using Figma, ensuring an intuitive and accessible learning experience for all users.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a Graphic Designer or Junior Digital Designer, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • A strong portfolio of digital design work demonstrating creativity and technical ability across web, video, and UI design.

  • Proficiency in Figma for creating and prototyping intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.

  • Experience using video editing and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • A solid understanding of visual design principles, typography, and layout.
  • The ability to design engaging visuals specifically tailored for educational and e-learning contexts.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for continuous learning and keeping up to date with trends in digital design, UI/UX, and e-learning.
  • (Desirable) Prior experience working in an education, training, or e-learning environment.
