About The Role We’re looking for a Digital Designer who thrives in fast-paced, iterative environments and is excited to create high-impact visuals for digital marketing channels. You’ll play a key role in designing performance-driven creative, from landing pages to lifecycle emails and paid ads, that moves patients through the funnel and brings our brand to life. You’ll collaborate closely with performance marketers, copywriters, and the wider creative team to concept, design, test, and optimise creative that not only looks great but also delivers high-touch, high-quality healthcare to millions of patients. What You’ll Be Doing Design a wide range of digital marketing assets, with a focus on high-converting web and mobile landing pages, paid ads, and lifecycle emails. Collaborate with performance marketers, copywriters, and growth teams to produce creative aligned with each stage of the funnel—from awareness to conversion. Use data tools like A/B testing, heatmaps, and engagement metrics to analyse performance and inform design iterations. Stay plugged into social trends and cultural moments to inspire timely, topical creative that resonates with our audience. Help shape scalable design systems by building and maintaining templates, working files, and a shared asset library. About You 3+ years of experience as a digital designer, with a standout portfolio showcasing your work creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma. Bonus: experience in the healthcare space. A strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, ad creatives, and lifecycle assets. Highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud. A sharp eye for design fundamentals—layout, typography, spacing, and accessibility. Confident interpreting briefs, managing your own workflow, and hitting deadlines. A collaborative team player who’s comfortable working cross-functionally, asking questions, and giving/receiving feedback. Curious, culturally aware, and able to translate trends into on-brand creative.
