SUMMARY Kids2 is seeking a Digital Designer to support the development and production of high-quality visual assets used across digital retail environments and global marketing channels. This role will focus on creating compelling digital shelf content including graphic thumbnails, graphic video assets, lifestyle imagery, AI-generated environments, and retouched photography that elevate the presentation of our brands across major retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, and Target. The Digital Designer will collaborate closely with creative, marketing, ecommerce, and global teams to produce scalable visual assets that improve product discoverability, communicate key product benefits, and enhance the overall consumer experience online. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to translate brand strategy into engaging digital content. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances multiple priorities, and works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality assets on tight timelines. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Design and produce digital shelf assets including graphic thumbnails, comparison charts, infographics, and ecommerce imagery for major retail platforms • Create short-form graphic video assets and motion content that highlight product features and benefits across digital retail and social channels • Support the creation of AI-generated environments and visual backgrounds to enhance product storytelling and reduce production costs • Perform high-quality image retouching and compositing for product and lifestyle photography used across ecommerce and marketing channels • Translate creative concepts into scalable assets optimized for digital retail, PDP pages, and marketing campaigns • Adapt creative assets for global markets including translated content and localized graphics • Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets while ensuring alignment with brand style guides and retailer specifications • Partner with creative, ecommerce, and marketing teams to optimize digital shelf content for performance and conversion • Prepare and package production-ready files for digital distribution and global asset management systems • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and concept development for new digital content formats and visual storytelling approaches • Stay informed on emerging trends in ecommerce design, AI content creation, and digital retail presentation QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • 3+ years of professional design experience in digital design, ecommerce content production, or creative services within an agency or in-house environment • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign) • Strong experience in image retouching, compositing, and digital image optimization • Experience designing ecommerce product content including thumbnails, PDP graphics, and comparison charts • Understanding of digital retail platform requirements (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.) • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and workflows for generating environments, backgrounds, or concept imagery • Experience adapting content for international markets and translated graphic assets • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and quality control skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Portfolio demonstrating digital design, ecommerce content, and image retouching work EDUCATION & SKILLS • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent work experience) • Strong understanding of visual communication, typography, and digital design principles • Ability to translate strategy and messaging into effective visual storytelling • Knowledge of digital asset management systems and production workflows • Ability to think creatively while maintaining strong attention to detail • Works effectively in a collaborative team environment COMPUTER / TECHNICAL SKILLS • Proficiency in Mac OS and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign) • Experience with digital image retouching, compositing, and color correction workflows • Familiarity with AI image generation tools and creative automation platforms • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Understanding of RGB color workflows and digital file optimization PHYSICAL DEMANDS Standard office and computer-based work environment requiring extended periods of sitting and computer usage.
