Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Digital Designer, you’ll sit at the heart of our Creative Studio, crafting engaging, visually impactful work across a range of digital marketing channels. From static graphics and motion ads to campaign assets and web visuals, you’ll help us bring our brands to life and evolve them using a data-informed, performance-led approach.
You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, CRM, and product teams, as well as other creatives, to deliver campaigns that not only look great but also drive measurable results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design compelling static and animated assets for digital marketing campaigns across social media, CRM, and web — optimised for engagement, performance, and brand consistency
  • Produce high-quality motion graphics and short-form animations for paid social ads, promotional materials, and internal communications that captivate and convert
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the creative studio, marketing, and CRM to execute campaigns that align with business goals and drive measurable results
  • Contribute to ideation and creative strategy, participating in brainstorms, design reviews, and campaign planning sessions with confidence and clarity
  • Champion and evolve brand identity across multiple brands and channels, ensuring consistency and visual excellence throughout all creative outputs
  • Stay informed and inspired by the latest digital design trends, platform innovations, and competitor activity — proactively bringing fresh thinking to the team
