JOB SUMMARY

The Digital Designer is a mid-level, digitally native creative who transforms brand and business objectives into high-impact, mobile-first and responsive digital experiences— these include assets such as graphics that will be used in social media, web pages, email, motion files, presentations, and others—while simultaneously helping to shape the strategic vision that drives marketing results. Reporting to the AVP of Creative/Creative Director and partnering with Art Directors, UX Practitioners, Marketing Directors, and Project Managers, this designer delivers pixel-perfect, ADA- compliant visuals that accelerate campaigns, safeguard brand consistency, and boost conversion. They will also build scalable content templates in tools such as Adobe Express, Canva and others, and coach non-designers on creating on-brand deliverables, elevating creative quality across the organization.

  • Five years of professional social and web design experience demonstrating fluency in typography, color theory, grid systems, responsive UX, and the disciplined application of style
