We have designed, created and managed award-winning exhibition stands for clients from a wide range of industries in Australia and internationally. KEY SKILLS:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial role or equivalent
  • With an industrial design background
  • With B2B international online experience
  • Expert with the following platforms: Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress and HubSpot
  • Expert in digital advertising
  • With graphics and design background
  • With experience in pricing management
  • With experience in product photography
  • Knowledge of inventory management is preferred
  • Experience in working in an international company is preferred
  • With a high level of attention to detail including a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
Responsibilities
  • Manages day-to-day operation of E-Commerce Business
  • Drives sales performance of E-Commerce Business
  • Develops and executes comprehensive promotional campaignsCollaborates with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey
  • Create and implement conversion-improving and sales-driving strategies that are aligned with the company’s goal
  • Develop and implement E-Commerce policies and processes
  • Develop pricing strategies for the e-commerce store.
  • Drives KPIs and targets for the teams, working with the teams to hit and exceed their targets. This includes influencing and coordinating between departments and identifying areas and processes that put those targets at risk
  • Manages process documentation and reports preparation related to E-Commerce Business Management
  • Analyse internal data and web analytics
  • Handles inventory and returns management
  • Provides exceptional customer service to clients
  • Handles issues and escalations related to the e-commerce platform
  • Explore areas of eCommerce opportunity and be updated on retail trends and consumer habits to drive market share
  • Responsible for regularly updating the e-commerce site – pricing, promotions, new products etc.

  • Software selection and recommendation
  • Hire and manage advertising, promotions, and marketing staff and oversee their daily activities.
