POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that enhance digital employee experience. This role ensures workplace technologies are aligned with business objectives and industry best practices, bridging the gap between technical engineering teams and organizational strategy. The DEX solutions architect is responsible for designing and implementing solutions that enhance the digital experience of employees within an organization. This role involves a combination of technical expertise, strategic planning, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that digital workplace technologies are aligned with business objectives and employee needs. Solutions include systems (including applications, technologies, processes and information), shared infrastructure services and shared application services. Solutions architects provide the necessary leadership, analysis and design tasks related to the development of an enterprise’s solutions architecture. This individual creates deliverables that help develop a direction for managing the organization’s portfolio of “to be” and “as is” solutions — including systems (meaning not just applications, but also processes and information), shared infrastructure services, and shared application services and components to better match targeted business outcome objectives.
Responsibilities:
EDUCATION/TRAINING
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
