Boeing BGS is looking for a Digital Enablement Project Manager to join the team in Seattle WA. Are you a dynamic, results-driven project manager passionate about driving digital transformation in a fast-paced, innovative-focused environment? Boeing Global Services is seeking a highly skilled Digital Enablement Project Manager to join our Digital Services team within the BGS Cabin, Modification, and Maintenance organization. This is a pivotal, high-visibility role where you will lead the successful delivery of complex, strategic business initiatives that shape the future of our aftermarket digital products portfolio.
As a Digital Enablement Project Manager, you will serve as a key individual contributor, collaborating closely with both external partners and internal cross-functional teams. You will navigate multiple workstreams, foster strong relationships, and ensure that critical business outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and excellence. Your expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices will be essential in managing all phases of the project lifecycle—from initiation through execution to closeout.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in schedule and process management, with a strong understanding of program planning execution to meet cost, schedule, and technical baseline requirements

  • .At least 1 year of experience leading through influence and collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions, or strategic initiatives
