Ariane Dorea, a podiatry clinic based in Dublin, is seeking a creative and proactive individual to join our team as a Digital Engagement & Client Relations Specialist. This hybrid role blends digital marketing with client interaction, primarily through content-sharing platforms. It’s ideal for someone passionate about content creation, community engagement, and building meaningful client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage engaging marketing campaigns across platforms including Instagram and TikTok.
- Create and edit promotional content, including videos and advertisements (occasional in-office presence required).
- Organize online competitions and support participation in local fairs and events.
- Maintain and grow the clinic’s online presence, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
- Respond to client inquiries and appointment requests via content-sharing platforms, particularly Instagram.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on content-sharing platforms.
Requirements
- Fluent in Portuguese – essential for communicating with our primary client base.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, especially on Instagram and TikTok.
- Completion of a course in marketing for content-sharing platforms (e.g., social media marketing) – required.
- Strong creativity and initiative in content creation and campaign development.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working remotely with occasional visits to the clinic for content creation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
Desirable
- Knowledge of podiatry is a plus to better assist clients.
- Work experience in content-sharing platforms and/or podiatry is considered an advantage.
