Core Responsibilities Strategy Development: Support the definition of comprehensive digital strategies focused on user and business needs to drive LEGO.com visits and deeper engagement with our brand and product portfolio. User Journey & touchpoint Optimization: Develop and optimize user journeys with brand and portfolio engagement at the core, focusing on enhancing the overall experience through user-centric design. Innovation and Opportunity Development: Create and maintain a pipeline of tested and validated innovation ideas and develop new engagement propositions with clear audience and business value to shape the future of engagement on LEGO.com and support growth ambitions. Cross-Departmental Synergy: Ensure integration of plans and strategies with key stakeholders, clearly communicate expectations, progress, and timelines to ensure alignment across multiple divisions/teams. Digital Product Link: Collaborate with Digital Product teams to co-create and refine problem spaces, solutions and ensure alignment and integration of engagement priorities into backlogs and Objective Key Results. Data-Driven: Utilize data and analytics to identify gaps and opportunities, track ROI and understand user behaviours, guiding future growth strategies. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Parents & Shopper Engagement team and relevant Play your part in our team succeeding Digital Consumer Engagement is transforming to deliver direct and long-lasting relationships with consumers. This role sits within the Grown-Ups Engagement team who strive to bring adults closer to our products. No matter if they're a parent, gift-giver, LEGO fan or all three! The Parent & Shopper Engagement team is accountable for the end-to-end engagement strategy for grown-ups’ audiences on LEGO.com setting vision, direction and ambitions from which the various centres of expertise (Marketing, Content and Editorial, Product, Data and Insights) create their strategies. It delivers strategies, drives programmes of work across digital products which engage and delight consumers and crucially, will attract and convert them into a direct and long-lasting relationship with the LEGO group. Do you have what it takes? Proven experience either in a digital marketing, digital innovation or global e-commerce development role Solid understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and of customer behaviour economics and metrics Consistent track record of programme (portfolio) management with the ability to move between strategic discussions and operational details Experience with user-centric design, design thinking, prototyping and testing Expertise in mapping customer journeys optimize user experiences through design enhancements and iterative testing Can demonstrate delivering innovative experiences in consumer digital products or services with strong consumer brands Understanding of digital development processes, product and growth marketing, content creation and optimisation.
