THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in digital engineering, BIM management, or a related role within major infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience leading BIM coordination across civil structure, drainage, roads and utilities on large-scale projects within the construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of BIM standards, tools, and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of data management, integration, and interoperability across digital platforms.

You’ll lead BIM coordination, facilitate virtual design sessions for clash detection and safety in design, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive productivity and innovation. Reporting to the Digital Engineering Manager, you’ll ensure effective DE processes align with project requirements.

  • Develop and oversee BIM coordination strategies, ensuring alignment with project and industry standards.
  • Manage and maintain BIM/digital engineering models, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integration with project phases.
  • Lead clash detection, safety in design sessions, and issue management using tools like Navisworks or Revizto.
  • Define and enforce digital workflows, standards, and quality assurance for consistent and accurate deliverables.
  • Provide training, guidance, and foster innovation in digital engineering tools and methodologies within the project team
