CMDB & Discovery Management: Implementation, management, governance and optimization of the ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery processes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data. Configuration Management: Manage and maintain the Configuration Management processes, including configuration item (CI) lifecycle, relationship mapping, and data integrity. Data Integration & Automation: Leverage ServiceGraph connectors to ensure seamless integrations between ServiceNow and other systems. Ensure efficient and effective data integration with other enterprise systems and services. Design and implement automation workflows and solutions to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Scripting and Customization: Write custom JavaScript scripts for ServiceNow configurations, including complex business rules, client scripts, and scheduled jobs to enhance the platform's functionality and automation. System Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and improve the performance, scalability, and security of ServiceNow integrations and configurations. 1-3 years Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including scripting for ServiceNow. 1-3 yearsExpertise in ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery modules. 1 year Experience with ServiceGraph connectors and integration capabilities. 1. System Administration - Windows and Linux Server
