The Boeing Company is seeking a Digital Engineering Integration Leader to join our team in Everett, Washington. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a positive, forward thinking, and energetic team of technical and engineering professionals to support BCA Digital Engineering organizational objectives and Leadership focus areas. In this role, you will support leadership managing the integration of technical roadmaps and multi-million-dollar digital investments across BCA engineering functions, in alignment with Digital Transformation program objectives and enterprise digital engineering strategy.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelors Degree or higher
  • 7+ years related work experience, or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
  • 3+ years experience in the engineering processes and tools domain
  • 2+ years experience leading cross-functional teams
  • High level of expertise in Microsoft productivity tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • 11+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
  • Knowledge of Boeing engineering processes
  • Familiarity with Boeing finance processes

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Required

Responsibilities
  • Lead definition and documentation of processes to integrate activities across engineering functions.
  • Oversee activities to develop, document and implement plans and processes to ensure effective planning, tracking and configuration control of capability roadmaps, investments and commitments.
  • Track and report data to monitor adherence to company policies and functional digital engineering commitments.
  • Lead others to develop integration plans, processes, models, templates, and data requirements/data management processes.
  • Develop plans, schedules and resource commitments to develop, test and deploy process improvements and changes.
  • Manage the operating cadence, facilitate meetings and events, summarize materials, gather requirements, maintain project schedules and report financial performance.
  • Works under consultative direction.
