As the Digital Engineering Manager (BIM), you’ll be at the heart of Fonterra’s digital transformation journey - leading initiatives that shape how we manage and deliver engineering projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Championing BIM and digital engineering across projects, assets and operations to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Leading the development and implementation of Fonterra’s Information Management Framework (IMF), ensuring alignment with global standards such as ISO19650 and PAS1192.
• Overseeing governance of Common Data Environments (CDEs) and SharePoint platforms, promoting standardisation and best practices.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders - including contractors, consultants and technology providers - to support Fonterra’s long-term digital aspirations.
• Delivering impactful communications and training, keeping stakeholders informed and building capability across the organisation.
