    We are looking for a talented and hands on Digital Engineering Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and implement BIM processes and strategies throughout project lifecycles, focusing on significant projects such as infrastructure, data centres, sport facilities, and high-rise commercial towers. You will collaborate closely with project stakeholders, manage BIM resources, and ensure the successful delivery of BIM-enabled projects. What you will do:

  • Develop and execute BIM strategies and processes across significant projects
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define BIM requirements, standards, goals, and produce relevant documents such as BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
  • Ensure compliance with BIM standards and industry best practice
  • Manage and coordinate BIM resources, including BIM Coordinators, software tools and standard workflows
  • Oversee BIM model coordination, clash detection and resolution processes
  • Manage BIM deliverables, including models, drawings and documentation
  • Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and support project stakeholders in resolving issues
  • Collaborate with external consultants and clients to integrate BIM processes and requirements
  • Provide training and mentorship to internal and external project teams on BIM workflows
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, advancements and emerging technologies in BIM

What you will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) discipline
  • 10+ years’ experience in the AECO industry including 5+ years’ experience in a BIM management role
  • Well versed in implementing BIM processes and workflows across projects of varying scales and complexities within strict timelines and budgets
  • Strong knowledge of current local BIM and Construction codes, e.g. ISO 19650 and the NCC
  • Understanding of construction processes and construction documentation
  • Fluency in data management and interoperability between different software platforms
  • Proficiency in AutoDesk Revit and other BIM software options such as MicroStation, 12D, Tekla, or equivalent
  • Proven experience of various Common Data Environments (CDE) usage and management, including ACC/BIM360, Aconex, ProCore, ProjectWise, TeamBinder and alike
  • Experience with coordination software such as Navisworks, BIM360 Coordination and Revizto
  • Knowledge and interest in emerging BIM technologies and trends, such as AI and VR / AR
  • Excellent leadership, project management, stakeholder management and problem solving skills
  • Team focus and attention to detail
