POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced consultant with deep domain expertise in Digital Engineering and PLM space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting, system integration, and hands-on experience in product development. This role demands a professional who can deliver transformative solutions, support the Digital Engineering & PLM Consulting Manager in project delivery, business development, and mentor junior colleagues. The primary industry focus will be on Semiconductor, Automotive, MedTech, Industrial, and Battery industries. The position is based in Singapore, and a proven track record in Southeast Asia is crucial.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering consulting services in Digital Engineering & PLM.
• Hands-on experience in designing, building, and configuring applications using COTS PLM solutions (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault 3DExperience, PTC Windchill).
• Experience working in product development domains such as mechanical, software, electronics, and hardware.
• Proficiency in configuring PLM solutions for capabilities including BOM, Product Structure, Part Master Management, Technology Management, ALM, Master Data Management, and Digital Twin and Thread.
• In-depth understanding of Product Data Management and the ability to drive Product Journeys, including defining PLM Roadmaps, Process Design, Value Realization, and PLM Maturity Assessments.
• Experience in Master/Material Data Management and Data Migration tools and solutions.
• Expertise in PLM, Process Excellence, Functional Solutioning, Solution Designing, Data Governance, Digital Transformations, and end-to-end Engineering Transformations.
• Preferred experience with PLM packages such as SAP PLM, Dassault, Siemens, Windchill, Oracle Agile, and ARAS.

• Take ownership of complex projects, serving as the technical and subject matter expert.
• Work with the Consulting Manager to drive digital initiatives in the Engineering & PLM space.
• Contribute to business development by responding to proposals, building whitepapers, and actively participating in Digital Engineering & PLM campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse business requirements and develop solutions that align with project needs.
• Develop process and technical documentation where required and conduct knowledge-sharing/training sessions in the Digital Engineering & PLM space.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in PLM and other relevant technologies.
• Coach and mentor members of the workstream teams, providing skill development and motivation as needed.
