Nau mai haere mai ki tā mātou whānau |Welcome to our Fulton Hogan Family As our Digital Engineering Visualisations Manager, you will be hands-on, leading a small team to produce high-quality, accurate, and compelling 3D/4D visual outputs. Your work will drive tender wins, safer and smarter project delivery, and clearer stakeholder communication. You will guide your team to turn complex construction ideas into easy-to-follow sequences — crafting animations, interactive models, and simulations. You will collaborate with digital professionals (spatial, survey, BIM, engineering), project delivery teams, and stakeholders, ensuring every visualisation is trusted, on spec, and on time. We’re looking for someone with: A relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in engineering, design, digital/BIM, construction, or ICT Proven experience delivering digital visualisations in infrastructure or construction environments Experience with industry-standard visualisation and AEC tools (e.g. Twinmotion, Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks) Understanding of construction sequencing and can communicate concepts visually Experience using GenAI responsibly to enhance visualisation outputs Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, and puts safety first Solid problem solver, customer focused, and takes pride in quality work Creating, Connecting and caring for the community Our people regularly donate their time to local causes and initiatives, while at a regional and national level we provide financial support, skills and resources to a wide range of organisations that are strengthening our communities.
