Description

As the Digital & Events Marketing Manager, APAC, you will be responsible for leading integrated digital marketing, event organisation, and internal public relations (PR) across the APAC region, with a primary focus on the Food & Beverage (F&B) B2B industry.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Management (40%)

  • Execute data-driven digital strategies for APAC, covering social media marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid digital advertising to enhance brand awareness and generate leads in the F&B B2B sector.
  • Administrate regional digital platforms(T&L Wechat Account) and ensure the operation(including account operation and maintenance) of the platform is in line with the brand image and engagement with the target audiences. Provide needed support to corporate platforms(corporate website, LinkedIn, etc.) and distributor partners’ platforms to ensure consistent branding, localised content, and audience engagement.
  • Analyse and provide regular reports on digital performance and actionable insights to optimise campaigns and quantify ROI on digital marketing spend.
  • Collaborate with global digital teams on a project basis.

Event Strategy & Execution (35%)

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of trade shows and other strategic events in APAC, including industry trade shows and B2B forums.
  • Contribute to customer engagement innovation days with supporting marketing materials tailored for ASEANI F&B B2B clients, fostering brand awareness and showcasing our solutions.
  • Support the development of customer engagement seminars, defining topics, securing speakers, and managing attendee experiences to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Ensure the marketing spend is within the marketing budget goal. Manage vendor relationships, marketing collateral, and post-event analytics to measure impact and refine future strategies.

Internal Public Relations (15%)

  • Craft and implement internal PR materials to strengthen employee engagement, brand advocacy, and cross-team collaboration( company updates, achievements, and customer engagement activities). Support internal events (town halls, training sessions, sales meetings, board visits) to foster a cohesive organisational culture.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategy (10%)

  • Partner with customer-facing teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, providing tailored support for client acquisition and retention.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as directed by leadership.
