Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting Digital Exams and Tests Administrator on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will support digital examinations and testing, requiring close collaboration with academic staff, faculty administration, and technical support teams to ensure the seamless delivery of digital assessment services across the University. Key responsibilities: * Administer and support digital examinations and testing. * Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and technical staff to support operation of the service. * Administer processes, policies, training and support for users including students. Ō pūmanawa - About you Candidates must possess a relevant tertiary or professional qualification and demonstrate proven ability in delivering effective training programs, including the development of comprehensive training materials. Essential requirements include demonstrated experience in building and maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships, along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will exhibit strong problem-solving capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to client service.
