Role Overview
We are seeking a highly talented and motivated intern to join our Norvestor digital team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a dynamic group of professionals and directly support the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) on strategic initiatives and operational tasks. The successful candidate will collaborate with teams and individuals across Norvestor to analyze, optimize, and automate business processes using our enterprise AI platform.
The internship will commence as soon as possible, with a desired duration of 6-12 months.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflow optimization.
• A passion for technology and experience working with AI tools or platforms.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge or experience in developing app-based solutions or similar tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborate and analyze various teams to understand their workflows, challenges, and improvement areas for efficiency through automation.
