KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Act as local Digital executive to support the group’s Digital projects and initiatives. Monitor best practices of eCom/ CRC (Client Relations Centre) / Omnichannel retail in KR market, especially leveraging the KR specific digital ecosystem of Naver & Kakao. Find opportunities for new marketing tactics, technologies, site-conversion functionality and improved user experience. Support between Korean and English translation on internal and external documentations. Consolidate weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly CRC & e-Com sales report. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities and recommend action to ensure we build and maintain a leadership position in eCommerce/ Digital Support Digital operation related tasks. PROFILE Bachelor's degree Require 3+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce/Digital/Data Native Korean speaking/ Proficient verbal and written English skills Computer proficiency at MS Word/Powerpoint/Excel and SAP is a plus Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
