JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Digital Experience Coordinator to support the execution and maintenance of our marketing resources and sales tools across third-party platforms and internal sales channels. This role is essential in maintaining accurate and compelling content on dealer/specifier tools like CET Configura, Material Resource Library (MRL), and INDEAL, while also supporting lead capture, reporting, and email marketing efforts. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our digital presence is consistent, effective, and aligned with current product offerings.
The right candidate is highly organized, technically inclined, and comfortable working behind the scenes to ensure the digital ecosystem performs smoothly and consistently for our reps, dealers, and specifiers. You’ll report directly to the Director of Marketing and collaborate across departments to keep product content, tools, and sales resources accurate, timely, and aligned with what’s in-market.
Responsibilities:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in a customer-focused role, preferably as an Content Creator, Interior Designer or similar role..
  • Understanding of CRM platforms and Digital Marketing Tools, including HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, and Mailchimp.
  • Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Google Drive, Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with platforms like CET, MRL, or INDEAL is a plus
  • Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent grammar, punctuation, and proofreading.
  • Admirable teamworking skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Self-starter and go-getter mindset—takes ownership and shows a desire to grow in the role.
  • A passion for enhancing customer experiences through innovative solutions.
  • Valid Canadian passport required; ability to travel to the U.S. one week per year.
    Graduates from Ontario College of Art & Design University (OCAD ) and other design institutions are encouraged to apply.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
