WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING…

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a digital, ecommerce, or retail coordination role, ideally within a fast-paced consumer environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Gorgias, and Klaviyo – experience with these tools is desirable but not essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a clear, concise, and customer-focused tone
  • Highly organised and solutions-focused, with excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Sharp attention to detail with critical thinking and problem-solving instincts
  • A proactive self-starter who’s open to feedback and always looking for ways to improve
  • A team player with a calm, kind and collaborative approach -even when things move fast
Responsibilities

As Digital Experience Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping Ksubi’s online customer experience. Sitting within the Online team, you’ll support the full customer journey - from digital acquisition to retention - through timely, thoughtful and brand-aligned communications.
This role blends customer care with digital marketing, combining your sharp problem-solving skills and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for brand storytelling. You’ll work across platforms including Shopify, Klaviyo, Gorgias, AP21 and Style Arcade, and collaborate closely with our Retail, Creative and Marketing teams to bring a world-class Ksubi experience to life online.
