Digital Experience & Marketing Specialist
CGC Inc. is a leading marketer, manufacturer and distributor of gypsum wallboard products, interior finishing material and suspended acoustical ceilings. With locations around the world, CGC and USG have the resources, plants, products and people to build walls, ceilings and careers.
At CGC, we’re in an exciting phase of transformation—launching a new website platform, onboarding a new portfolio of products, and enhancing our digital marketing capabilities. The Digital Experience & Data Specialist will be a key player in making that happen. Managing website content and asset migration, ensuring product data accuracy, and supporting high-impact marketing initiatives.
This role blends technical execution with marketing creativity—perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of digital platforms, data accuracy, and campaign delivery. From working in Contentful and our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to creating lead generating content in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you’ll help shape a seamless and engaging digital presence for CGC.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience with content management systems (CMS), preferably Adobe Experience Manager.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with tag management tools and strong analytical skills to understand business problems, analyze trends, and make actionable recommendations.

- Proficiency with DAM systems and Contentful (or similar CMS).
- Strong understanding of digital best practices, basic SEO principles, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud; certification is a plus.
Communication and Management: Excellent communication and management skills, with the ability to work independently and drive projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Website Data Migration & Digital Asset Management
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute content and asset migration from the current platform to our new website.
  • Organize, tag, and maintain assets in the DAM for consistent branding and easy access.
  • Manage and format website content in Contentful, ensuring accuracy, proper linking, and visual consistency.
  • Conduct quality checks and collaborate with IT, marketing, and external vendors to resolve migration issues.
