JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Owner/Manager to lead our regulatory reporting solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape, particularly within the asset management industry. The ideal candidate will mentor a team of Business Analysts, drive innovation, lead the product development process, and ensure our products meet evolving regulatory requirements. Technical knowledge, especially in SQL, would be a significant advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional Experience:
• Proven experience as a Product Owner/Manager, specifically in regulatory reporting within the financial services sector.
• Extensive knowledge of MiFID/PRIIP, SFDR, AIFMD, Banking, and Insurance reporting requirements.
• Strong background in the asset management industry.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks and translate them into business requirements.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to drive innovation and adapt quickly to regulatory changes.
• Technical knowledge, especially in SQL, is a significant advantage.
• Networking & Insights:
• Robust network within the asset management industry and regulatory bodies.
