Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Digital Field Support Specialist, you’ll play a crucial part in advancing TOMRA’s digital solutions. This dynamic role offers a unique blend of responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital Product Management (50% of your time)

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Service) and customers across segments to discover digital needs and requirements.
  • Manage and prioritize digital requirements, creating an organized backlog for the Technology team to develop.
  • Test and approve digital solutions before they’re deployed to ensure excellence in what we deliver.
  • Serve as the key contact between customers and developers, relaying feedback and ensuring their needs are fulfilled.

Technical Digital Support (remaining 50% of your time)

  • Support and manage field trials for new digital solutions at diverse global sites, bringing TOMRA’s innovation to life.
  • Conduct thorough data validation processes, ensuring every new machine we release meets quality standards with validated data.
