Description - External Responsible for consolidated views on governance, portfolio status, resourcing and costs for HR Digital and Employee Experience Area Work with multiple project teams to understand scope of change, impacted audience and setup appropriate governance Document and manage operating models and governance mechanisms for seamless digital operations across cross functional teams Manage right level of engagement with stakeholders in Domain, Digital and Delivery CoEs Own initiatives focusing on innovation and efficiency across different teams Provide executive level reporting working with senior leadership Drive operational reviews focusing on established KPIs and introduce changes where necessary Resolve conflicting priorities amongst capabilities Regularly consult & engage with capabilities on operational topics Facilitate discussion on M&A and Tech-Debt initiatives with HR Digital Partner & Digital Business Service Owners Qualifications - External 4-8 years of experience in IT projects in cross functional teams Experience in driving complex stakeholders and workshops Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to convey messages in a concise manner Very strong command over MS Office tools - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc. and excellent presentation skills
