Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

Collaborate with Studio Design colleagues, and the wider marketing team, to develop and execute creative campaigns, including image sourcing, editing & refinement.
As one of our in-house Graphic Designers, youll be responsible for creating visually compelling and inspiring content, working within our brand new Kuoni Visual Identity, capturing the essence of the Kuoni brand. Youll design a variety of digital and print materials and produce high-quality video content to support marketing. Your creativity and technical skills will help drive the brands visual identity and storytelling.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a B2C business.
  • Degree/Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and branding.
  • Experience in video production including editing, and post-production.
  • A solid understanding of Meta and display ad formats and best practice around these.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing and prioritising multiple briefs to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, interpreting briefs and liaising with teams to understand and deliver the best output.
  • Articulates ideas clearly and convincingly, with the ability to pitch concepts and participate in design-related discussions.
  • Possesses an eagle eye for detail, ensuring that all design is error-free and upholds the brands high standards.
