This role goes beyond campaign management — it requires full ownership of the growth engine, from traffic generation and funnel optimization to performance scaling and brand alignment. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, capable of building performance strategies while executing campaigns hands-on. You should be comfortable working with data, experimenting with acquisition channels, and continuously optimizing for efficiency and ROI. Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy & Execution Develop and execute comprehensive B2C growth strategies across paid and organic channels. Own acquisition targets and optimize marketing investments for maximum return. Identify new customer acquisition opportunities and scalable growth channels. Paid Media & Performance Marketing Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, landing pages, and messaging. Monitor campaign metrics and continuously improve cost per lead (CPL) and conversion rates. Manage budgets effectively while maintaining performance benchmarks. Funnel & Website Optimization Take ownership of website conversion performance and landing page optimization. Improve user journeys to increase lead capture and engagement. Collaborate on CRO initiatives to enhance the overall marketing funnel. SEO & Organic Presence Drive on-page SEO improvements and keyword alignment strategies. Ensure content optimization supports organic growth objectives. Coordinate basic technical SEO enhancements where required. Brand & Multi-Channel Marketing Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms. Manage social media growth strategies and audience engagement. Integrate email marketing, retargeting, referral programs, and partner-driven initiatives into the acquisition funnel. Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze KPIs including leads, CPL, CAC, conversion rate, and ROI. Build performance dashboards and provide actionable insights to leadership. Continuously refine strategies based on data trends and campaign outcomes. Candidate ProfileExperience & Expertise 3–5 years of hands-on experience in B2C digital or performance marketing. Demonstrated success in independently managing and optimizing paid campaigns. Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube advertising platforms. Clear understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies and customer acquisition models. Proficiency in data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets and ad reporting tools. Key Competencies Analytical mindset with a strong focus on measurable results. Ability to translate marketing data into growth strategies. Strong ownership and accountability for targets and outcomes. Creative approach to messaging, positioning, and campaign experimentation.
