Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This is not a corporate “content manager” job.
As our Digital Growth & Content Lead, you’ll own how we show up online — creating guides people actually want to read, building campaigns that make people click, and driving digital funnels that turn attention into sign-ups.
You’ll have support, but you’ll be the person bringing ideas to life. Fast, fresh, and always a step ahead.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Create next-level member guides — curated, clever, and creative content that actually helps small businesses, not cookie-cutter advice.
  • Write blogs and digital content — SEO-driven but with personality, driving visibility, affiliate growth, and conversions.
  • Build and run digital funnels — turning clicks into members, and members into engaged advocates through smart campaigns.
  • Secure exciting partnerships — from exclusive discounts for members to guest features and affiliate collaborations.
  • Run creative digital campaigns — across email, LinkedIn, and social, with ideas that stand out and make people take action.
  • Keep our online spaces buzzing — sparking conversations and creating value for our members daily.
  • Track and tweak — analysing what works and optimising fast to keep momentum high.
