The Role We are looking for a commercially minded and creatively driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth efforts across all channels. This is a hybrid role for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand, content, performance, and commerce. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the beauty industry and consumer behavior, can translate data into actionable insights, and knows how to create compelling digital experiences that drive both brand awareness and revenue. They are equally comfortable reviewing and creating creative concepts, analyzing campaign performance, and making strategic business decisions. This role will oversee digital marketing strategy, content execution, paid media performance, and creative asset development while ensuring all activities support the brand's commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Growth Own and execute Sweed's digital growth strategy across all channels. Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue through data-driven marketing. Optimize key business metrics, budgets, and commercial performance. Performance Marketing Lead paid media strategy and performance across key digital channels. Drive campaign optimization, creative A/B testing, audience growth, and reporting. Content & Creative Create and execute content with excellent skills in copy, photo and video to oversee creatives across paid, owned, and earned channels. Ensure all content supports both brand building and commercial objectives. Consumer Insights & Analytics Translate consumer, market, and performance insights into growth opportunities. Present strategic recommendations and foster a data-driven marketing culture. Team Leadership Oversee the content team while driving cross-functional collaboration. Build scalable processes and ensure high-quality execution across the creative function. Who you are 5+ years of experience in digital, growth, or performance marketing. Proven experience in the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fashion, or lifestyle industry. Experience leading creative/content and performance marketing. Strong understanding of e-commerce and direct-to-consumer business. Commercially minded with strong analytical skills and experience managing budgets and performance. Strong creative judgment with a deep understanding of social-first marketing and consumer behavior. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders. Strategic, hands-on, entrepreneurial, and an excellent communicator.
