Job Title: Performance Marketer Location: Mohali, In-Office Type: Full Time Shift-NIght About the Role- We are hiring a Performance Marketer with an intermediate understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and landing pages. This role is focused on daily execution, monitoring, and improvement of paid campaigns and the landing pages that convert that traffic into leads. You are not expected to be an advanced strategist. You must be comfortable working inside ad platforms, reading data, and making practical optimization decisions that improve CPL and lead quality over time. Key Responsibilities- ● Launch and manage campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads ● Monitor CPL, CPA, lead quality, and campaign performance daily ● Make adjustments to audiences, keywords, budgets, creatives, and placements ● Perform A B testing on ads, audiences, keywords, and landing pages ● Review and suggest improvements to landing pages to increase conversion rates ● Coordinate with the design or web team for landing page updates ● Ensure pixels, conversion tracking, and events are working properly ● Maintain simple daily reporting of campaign metrics ● Support scaling of campaigns that perform well ● 2 to 6 years of hands on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads ● Experience working with landing pages and understanding conversion rate optimization ● Clear understanding of campaigns, ad sets, keywords, audiences, and budgets ● Ability to read data and make logical optimization decisions ● Basic understanding of tracking, pixels, and conversions ● Strong attention to detail and consistency ● Comfortable working in an in office team environment ● Good communication skills
Responsibilities
